We will provide you with information regarding the performance and the special event on the day.

Please read the following information before visiting.

＜Notes regarding the performance＞

・For this performance only, filming and recording during Phantom Siita performance is permitted. Please be careful not to cause inconvenience to other customers.

・Please refrain from bringing in single-lens reflex cameras or tripods.

・Due to the sold-out nature of the show, large items such as suitcases and backpacks cannot be brought onto the floor. Please make sure to use the lockers.

Also, please refrain from placing your baggage on the floor.

-There is no cloakroom at the venue, so please check in any large luggage that does not fit in the lockers in advance before arriving at the venue.

・Please keep a close eye on your luggage and valuables.

-The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue.

Regarding support goods

・Please refrain from creating fans or name boards using artist photos.

・Please refrain from wearing cheering gear, headgear, or clothing that may obstruct the view of other customers.

・Please refrain from causing any inconvenience to other customers in the vicinity with your support goods.

<Notes about the special event>

Sales location: March 23, 2025 Nagoya CLUB QUATTRO entrance

Sales hours: 16:45-17:30

(※Tickets will be sold at the time of admission)

(※ Tickets will be available for sale after the show only if they are not sold out at the time of admission)

(*After the show, multiple purchases of the same member will not be accepted.)

(*The bonus ticket is 3,000 yen. Please make sure you receive the exact change.)

(*Purchases cannot be made for multiple members. Only one ticket per person.)

Start time: Scheduled to start within 30 minutes after the end of the performance

・Up to one bonus ticket may be purchased per person upon admission. Please note that the number of bonus tickets is limited.

・Payment is by cash only.

-Photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited during the special event.

・Resale or transfer of bonus tickets is prohibited.

・The bonus ticket is only valid on the day of the event. No refunds will be given.

・Customers are prohibited from touching members. Direct contact between customers and members, such as shaking hands or high-fiving, is prohibited.

- Any words or actions that may make other members feel uncomfortable will be warned by staff as soon as they become aware of them.

・In addition, if staff deem the item inappropriate, we may refuse to give it to you.

- Members will not be able to touch or hold any items brought by customers (name boards, fans, etc.).

・Please disinfect your hands when participating in the special event.

*During the event, staff may touch your shoulders, arms, etc. to guide you.

*The organizers will not be held responsible for any behavior that causes inconvenience to other customers during the event, or any accidents or troubles that occur as a result of not following the instructions of event staff.

*If you are found to be disruptive to the event, you will be asked to leave. In the worst case scenario, the event may be cancelled.

*Please note that due to various circumstances, the event may be canceled or the event content may change at short notice. In such cases, we will inform you on the artist's official SNS etc.

Please note that even if the event is canceled, refunds will not be available.

*Please refrain from contacting the event venue.

*Please note that various restrictions may be imposed on the event to prevent accidents and confusion on the day.

*Please note that if you do not follow the above rules, you may not be able to participate in the event.

<Regarding the gift box>

There will be no gift box at this performance.

Please note that even if you hand it over to a member of staff, they will not be able to accept it.
