Please read the following information before visiting.

＜Notes regarding the performance＞

・A drink fee of ¥600 will be charged upon entry.

・Photography, audio and video recording are strictly prohibited within the auditorium throughout the day.

・Please note that if you are found taking photographs or recording, you will be asked to leave immediately.

- Anyone who does not follow the instructions of staff may be asked to leave.

Please note that tickets will not be refunded in such cases.

- Moshing, diving, lifting and other dangerous acts are prohibited.

If any injuries or accidents occur as a result of such behavior, the parties involved will need to discuss the matter between themselves and the organizers will not be involved.

・Please refrain from taking up too much space and use the lockers for your luggage.

・Please make sure the purchaser is in person.

・After the performance, if you are leaving the venue, please do not gather in front of the venue and disperse.

・Please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to neighbors, such as waiting for the performers to arrive.

Regarding support goods

・Please refrain from creating fans or name boards using artist photos.

・Please refrain from wearing cheering gear, headgear, or clothing that may obstruct the view of other customers.

・Please refrain from causing any inconvenience to other customers in the vicinity with your support goods.

<Notes about the special event>

Sales location: April 5, 2025, Shinagawa Stella Ball venue

Sales start time: Scheduled to start within 15 minutes after the show ends

*After the performance, please wait inside the venue until an attendant guides you out.

*You cannot purchase tickets for multiple members. Only one ticket per person.

*Multiple purchases of the same member are not permitted.

*The bonus ticket is 3,000 yen. Please be careful not to get the exact change.

Start time: Scheduled to start within 30 minutes after the end of the performance

・You may purchase up to one ticket per person. Please note that the number of bonus tickets is limited.

・Payment is by cash only.

-Photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited during the special event.

・Resale or transfer of bonus tickets is prohibited.

・The bonus ticket is only valid on the day of the event. No refunds will be given.

・Customers are prohibited from touching members. Direct contact between customers and members, such as shaking hands or high-fiving, is prohibited.

- Any words or actions that may make other members feel uncomfortable will be warned by staff as soon as they become aware of them.

・In addition, if staff deem the item inappropriate, we may refuse to give it to you.

- Members will not be able to touch or hold any items brought by customers (name boards, fans, etc.).

・Please disinfect your hands when participating in the special event.

*During the event, staff may touch your shoulders, arms, etc. to guide you.

*The organizers will not be held responsible for any behavior that causes inconvenience to other customers during the event, or any accidents or troubles that occur as a result of not following the instructions of event staff.

*If you are found to be disruptive to the event, you will be asked to leave. In the worst case scenario, the event may be cancelled.

*Please note that due to various circumstances, the event may be canceled or the event content may change at short notice. In such cases, we will inform you on the artist's official SNS etc.

Please note that even if the event is canceled, refunds will not be available.

*Please refrain from contacting the event venue.

*Please note that various restrictions may be imposed on the event to prevent accidents and confusion on the day.

*Please note that if you do not follow the above rules, you may not be able to participate in the event.

<Regarding the gift box>

There will be no gift box at this performance.

Please note that even if you hand it over to a member of staff, they will not be able to accept it.
