For everyone attending OCEAN MARKET FES 2025 "Phantom Siita Theta Night Festival", we would like to provide information and cautions regarding the performance, as well as merchandise and gift boxes available on the day.

Please read the following information before visiting.

 

 

<Information and precautions regarding the performance>

・This event will be held rain or shine. Tickets will not be refunded unless the performance is canceled due to unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters (typhoons, lightning, earthquakes, etc.).

If a performance is cancelled, we will announce it on our official website and social media.

In addition, in case of rain, umbrellas will not be permitted in the live performance area, so please cooperate by bringing a raincoat or windbreaker so as not to cause inconvenience to other customers.

 

・Please refrain from sitting on picnic sheets or placing your belongings on the grounds. If you do not follow the instructions of staff, your belongings may be collected. Thank you for your understanding.

・Doors opening and performance start times are subject to change.

- Any extremely dangerous behavior such as diving or moshing is strictly prohibited at this event.

Additionally, "loud or strange shouting that may disturb other customers," "excessive cheering behavior such as vigorously waving both arms back and forth, swinging your arms around, or arching your upper body," and "excessive jumping" are prohibited. If you engage in behavior that disturbs other customers, you will be asked to leave the venue at the discretion of the staff.

*Please note that some of our audience members will be children, women, and some people who will be experiencing an idol event for the first time, so we ask that you please be considerate of those around you and enjoy the live show.

 

[About the creation and use of support goods]

・You may create your own original name boards and fans, but please refrain from using artist photos of the members themselves or photos posted on social media.

・Anything exceeding the size regulation of W350mm x H450mm (including handles), including decorations, is prohibited from being brought in.

・If you are using multiple fans or message boards within the specified size and they are obstructing other people's view, staff may ask you to refrain from using them.

In addition, holding cheering goods above your head or waving them around is prohibited.

・Currently, there are no regulations regarding bringing in penlights, but please refrain from using bright light sources (UO, etc.).

・Please use penlights, fans and name boards in a position that will not disturb customers behind you.

 

・ Each ticket is valid for one person only. Anyone aged 3 or over will need a ticket.

- Resale or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited.

・ Any tickets or identification documents that have been resold, duplicated, counterfeited, or transferred will be invalid and you will be denied entry. We will not be involved in any trouble that may arise.

・ If the ticket stub is torn off, it will be invalid, you will not be able to enter, and the ticket cannot be reissued. If you have an electronic ticket, if you tear off the ticket before entering the venue, you will not be able to enter.

・ Please keep your ticket safe until the end of the performance and be careful not to lose it. We may check your ticket when you re-enter the venue.

・You may be asked to present an official form of identification (such as a driver's license, passport, or My Number card) for identity verification upon entry, so please make sure to bring it with you.

- Within the live area, it is strictly prohibited to photograph, film, or record the performing artists using camera-equipped mobile phones (smartphones) or compact digital cameras (professional photography equipment is prohibited).

・Videos and photos of the venue, including the audience, may be made public. Please understand this before attending.

・Please note that the performers may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances. In that case, tickets will not be refunded.

 

 

<Information regarding merchandise sales>

*Tickets will be on sale during the opening hours.

*Numbered tickets will not be distributed to those in line to purchase merchandise.

 

・Please be sure to follow the guidance and instructions of venue staff.

- Staying up all night at the venue or surrounding area, and any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to those around you, are prohibited.

・When lining up for merchandise, staff will call out to you. It is prohibited for customers to queue together.

・Each item is available in limited quantities. Please note that some items may sell out.

・We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any products other than defective products. In the unlikely event that a product is defective, we will only be able to exchange it on the day of the event at the venue.

・After purchasing an item, please be sure to check the item type, quantity, and change immediately to ensure they are correct. Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries after you have left the sales floor.

- Trading activities are prohibited inside and around the venue.

・Shopping bags are not provided.

- Depending on the situation at the merchandise venue on the day, the scheduled time/location may change or sales may be temporarily suspended.

 

◆Available payment methods◆

 

Credit card payments are only accepted in one lump sum.

・Please note that cashless payment may not be available due to communication environment or other circumstances.

・Charging is not possible at the merchandise store. Please check your balance and charge in advance.

・Credit cards, electronic money and cash cannot be used together.

 

 

<Regarding the gift box>

Please place gifts and letters for the artists in the gift box located next to the merchandise booth.

 

Please note that we will not be able to accept the following items due to safety and hygiene considerations: food and drink, perishable items (including items that need to be refrigerated or frozen), items that may leak, cash or gift certificates, large items that are difficult to carry, heavy items, items that staff deem unacceptable, etc.
