・Wheelchair seats are, in principle, limited to wheelchair users.
If you wish to view the show in a wheelchair, please apply for wheelchair seats.
Accompanying persons (up to one person) also need a ticket.
・If applying for multiple tickets, each ticket may be applied for by a wheelchair user and their companion.
If the attendees do not include wheelchair users, we may refuse entry. Thank you for your understanding.
・Wheelchair users will not be able to access reserved seats (including VIP seats) or standing areas, so please refrain from applying for anything other than wheelchair seats.
・You can apply for a wheelchair seat with one ticket even if you do not have an attendant, but we generally ask that your attendant come to the venue with you.
・Please note that in the event of a disaster or emergency, staff assistance may be delayed.
・When applying for wheelchair seating, reserved seats/standing, including VIP seats, will not be guaranteed.
・Please note that we cannot change seating types (wheelchair seats ⇔ reserved seats including VIP seats/standing) for customer convenience.
- Please follow the instructions of the staff on the day.
・Please note that wheelchair seats do not guarantee a good view of the stage.
- Regarding parking lots and drop-off areas, unless otherwise provided by the venue rules or services, there are no parking lots or drop-off areas reserved for wheelchair users.
If you are coming by car, please find a nearby paid parking lot yourself.
・When you purchase a wheelchair seat, you will need to fill in a questionnaire regarding the type of wheelchair you have.
[Application Notes]
■ Advance reservations will be accepted by lottery.
■We expect the application period to be busy immediately after it begins and just before the deadline, so please apply well within the period.
■After the lottery reservation acceptance period ends, a lottery will be held to determine the winners and losers. The order of applications will not affect the lottery results or seat location.
■You will be notified of your success or failure on your "My Page" or by "notification to your registered email address."
■Depending on your communication conditions, you may not receive the winning or losing email, so please be sure to check the results on your "My Page" during the lottery results announcement period.
■We will not be able to answer any inquiries if you do not receive an email notifying you of your winning or losing entry.
■We cannot answer any inquiries regarding failure to confirm whether you have won or lost due to failure to receive an email after the end of the winning/losing confirmation period.
■If you are using domain-specific or email-specific reception, please make sure to set it up so that you can receive emails from "@l-tike.com" and "@ent.lawson.co.jp".
■Cancellation or changes cannot be made after winning.
■We cannot answer any inquiries regarding customer registration information.
■Caution regarding ticket resale and auctions
Reselling or transferring purchased tickets to a third party is strictly prohibited.
If you have resold or attempted to resell a ticket, or if it has been transferred to another person, you will be denied entry.
If any of the above behavior is discovered, tickets will not be refunded or cancelled under any circumstances.
We are not responsible for any troubles that arise regarding resold tickets.
■Notes regarding ticket purchases
Please purchase tickets through official sales channels (main reception). We cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through any other channels.
Buying, selling, or transferring purchased tickets, or any attempt to do so, is prohibited.
We are not responsible for any troubles that may arise from resale, etc. Tickets that have been resold or transferred will be invalid and you will be denied entry.
If any violations are discovered, we may take strict disciplinary action, including expulsion from the membership.
If a refund is issued due to reasons such as the cancellation of a performance, the ticket price + service fee will be refunded. (Please note that bank transfer fees are not refundable.)
Except in the case of cancellation of the performance on the stated date and time due to force majeure, tickets will not be exchanged for other dates or types of tickets, or refunds will not be given.
