To everyone attending Phantom Siita 1st JAPAN Tour "Flame Medusa", we would like to provide you with information regarding the performance and the gift box.

Please read the following information before visiting.

 

 

<Notes regarding the performance>

 

・As a general rule, photography, recording, and other activities are prohibited while the doors are open and the performance is in progress.

(However, there will be a period during the concert where you will be able to take photos with your smartphone or official instant camera. Please note that other than this, photography will not be permitted.)

・For all-standing performances and all-free performances, if you are watching standing, please refrain from wearing heels or thick-soled shoes as you may step on other customers' feet and get injured.

・For performances with reserved seats, please check your seat number on your ticket and watch from your seat. You may stand up during the performance, but please refrain from spilling out into the aisles or running forward.

- Coin lockers will be available at the venue, but please note that their number is limited.

・Please refrain from bringing large luggage such as suitcases.

・Please keep a close eye on your luggage and valuables.

-The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue.

・Your behavior may be captured on camera for video and photography.

・We prohibit "loud or strange shouting that may disturb other customers," "excessive cheering behavior such as vigorously waving both arms back and forth, swinging your arms around, or arching your upper body," and "excessive jumping." If you engage in behavior that disturbs other customers, you will be asked to leave the venue at the discretion of the staff.

*Please note that some of our audience members will be children, women, and some people who will be experiencing an idol event for the first time, so we ask that you please be considerate of those around you and enjoy the live show.

・Please note that if any malicious behavior is discovered, you may be asked to leave.

 

 

Regarding support goods

 

・You may create your own original name boards and fans, but please refrain from using artist photos of the members themselves or photos posted on social media.

・Anything exceeding the size regulation of W350mm x H450mm (including handles), including decorations, is prohibited from being brought in.

・If you are using multiple fans or message boards within the specified size and they are obstructing other people's view, staff may ask you to refrain from using them.

In addition, holding cheering goods above your head or waving them around is prohibited.

・Currently, there are no regulations regarding bringing in penlights, but please refrain from using bright light sources (UO, etc.).

・Please use penlights, fans and name boards in a position that will not disturb customers behind you.

 

 

<Regarding the gift box>

 

Please deposit gifts and letters for the artists in the gift box located inside the venue.

 

Please note that we will not be able to accept the following items due to safety and hygiene considerations: food and drink, perishable items (including items that need to be refrigerated or frozen), items that may leak, cash or gift certificates, large items that are difficult to carry, heavy items, items that staff deem unacceptable, etc.
