Customers who participated in the film camera photo session at the special event for all four "Flame Medusa" performances have reported that some of the photos taken with film cameras sold by our company were not able to see the members' faces due to poor development.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused to everyone who was looking forward to the photo session.

Therefore, we will provide compensation as follows:

■ Eligible customers

Those who participated in the "film camera photo session" held at all four "Flame Medusa" performances, and when the photos were developed, were unable to see any of the band members (they were completely black and nothing was visible, etc.).

■How to apply

Please use the following application form:

 ​Please provide the following information along with an image of the developed photo (either a photo or a scan).

- Images of defective photos

・Personal information such as name and address

・Name you would like to appear on the photo (nicknames are acceptable)

*If you were unable to develop the photos, please write that in the comments section of the application form. We will contact you separately after checking the details.

In that case, please have the defective product and the receipt from when you purchased the film camera ready.
