To everyone attending "Kyururin♡Clinic ~No.3 Phantom Siita ~", here is information regarding the special event that will be held on the day. Please read the information below before participating.
Regarding precautions regarding the live performance, please follow the instructions from the organizers.

<About the special event>

Sales location: September 25, 2025 Zepp Haneda venue lobby
Sales hours: 17:00-18:00

Bonus ticket price: 3,000 yen (tax included)

(*There will be no advance sales or sales before the doors open.)
(※ Tickets will be sold in the lobby when the venue opens.)
(*Tickets will be available for sale after the show only if they are not sold out when the doors open)
(*Multiple purchases of the same member will not be permitted after the performance has ended.)
(*The bonus ticket is 3,000 yen. Please cooperate by paying the exact amount.)
(*Purchases cannot be made for multiple members. Only one ticket per person.)

Start time: Scheduled to start within 30 minutes after the end of the performance

・After the doors open, you can purchase up to one ticket per person. Please note that the number of bonus tickets is limited.
・Payment is cash only.
・Photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited during the special event.
・Resale or transfer of bonus tickets is prohibited.
・Bonus tickets are only valid on the day of the event and will not be refunded.
・Customers are prohibited from touching members. Direct contact between customers and members, such as handshakes or high-fives, is prohibited.
- Please note that customers will not be able to give gifts or letters to members during the special event.
- Any words, actions or behaviour that may make other members feel uncomfortable will be warned by staff as soon as it becomes known.
・In addition, if our staff deems it inappropriate, we may stop giving you the item.
- Members will not be able to touch or hold any items brought by customers (name boards, fans, etc.).
・Please disinfect your hands when participating in the special event.

*During the event, staff may touch your shoulders, arms, etc. to guide you.
*The organizers will not be held responsible for any behavior that causes inconvenience to other customers during the event, or any accidents or troubles that occur as a result of not following the instructions of the event staff.
*If you are found to be disruptive to the event, you will be asked to leave. In the worst case scenario, the event may be cancelled.
*Please note that due to various circumstances, the event may be canceled or the event content may be changed at short notice. In such cases, we will inform you on the artist's official social media accounts.
Please note that even if the event is canceled, no refunds will be given.
*Please refrain from contacting the event venue.
*Please note that various restrictions may be imposed on the event to prevent accidents and confusion on the day.
*Please note that if you do not follow the above rules, you may not be able to participate in the event.
