This is information for everyone attending "CiON's Love Call TOUR 2025 Guest: Phantom Siita" regarding the special event on the day. Please read the information below before participating.

Regarding precautions regarding the live performance, please follow the instructions from the organizers.

<About the special event>

Sales location: November 25, 2025, Daikanyama UNIT venue

Sales hours: 18:30-19:00

Bonus ticket price: 3,000 yen (tax included)

(*There will be no advance sales or sales before the doors open.)

(※ Tickets will be sold in the lobby when the venue opens.)

(*Tickets will be available for sale after the show only if they are not sold out when the doors open)

(*After the show, multiple purchases of the same member will not be accepted.)

(*The bonus ticket is 3,000 yen. Please make sure you receive the exact change.)

(*Purchases cannot be made for multiple members. Only one ticket per person.)

Start time: Scheduled to start after the performance

・After the doors open, you can purchase up to one ticket per person. Please note that the number of bonus tickets is limited.

・Payment is by cash only.

-Photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited during the special event.

・Resale or transfer of bonus tickets is prohibited.

・The bonus ticket is only valid on the day of the event. No refunds will be given.

・Customers are prohibited from touching members. Direct contact between customers and members, such as shaking hands or high-fiving, is prohibited.

- Please note that customers will not be able to give gifts or letters to members during the special event.

- Any words or actions that may make other members feel uncomfortable will be warned by staff as soon as they become aware of them.

・In addition, if staff deem the item inappropriate, we may refuse to give it to you.

- Members will not be able to touch or hold any items brought by customers (name boards, fans, etc.).

・In light of the current infectious disease outbreak situation, we ask for your cooperation in wearing a mask when participating in the special event.

[Regarding mask wearing rules during special events]

・We will generally participate in the special event without wearing a mask.

◯Participating customers

・Wearing a mask is mandatory.

- Please wear a mask when receiving your gift and participate in the special event.

・If you are unable to wear a mask, you may be asked to refrain from participating in the special event.

*During the event, staff may touch your shoulders, arms, etc. to guide you.

*The organizers will not be held responsible for any behavior that causes inconvenience to other customers during the event, or any accidents or troubles that occur as a result of not following the instructions of event staff.

*If you are found to be disruptive to the event, you will be asked to leave. In the worst case scenario, the event may be cancelled.

*Please note that due to various circumstances, the event may be canceled or the event content may change at short notice. In such cases, we will inform you on the artist's official SNS etc.

Please note that even if the event is canceled, refunds will not be available.

*Please refrain from contacting the event venue.

*Please note that various restrictions may be imposed on the event to prevent accidents and confusion on the day.

*Please note that if you do not follow the above rules, you may not be able to participate in the event.
