This is information about pre-sale and on-site merchandise collection for the "怪忌蝶（Kaikicho）Collection Maze EP.0" release event, which will be held at LUMINE 0 in Shinjuku on Sunday, December 21st.

Please check the email sent to you by LivePocket for details such as advance merchandise reception times, and please arrive by the reception time on the day of the event.

[Guidance process]

① Line up in order of ticket serial number (= entrance serial number)

②Pre-sale merchandise will be handed over in order of number.

③ Again, sort by number

④ Enter in order of number and sit in the unreserved seats

Meeting place: Shinjuku LUMINE 0 Lobby

*Please present your ticket at the reception.

*The LivePocket ticket number (A⚫⚫) you applied for in advance will be your admission number.

* Ticket collection will be based on the time slot assigned to your ticket number. After that, you will be guided to your seat.

*You can also receive "Special Offers for Event Visitors Only" at the merchandise sales corner on the day.

* After entering in the order of your ticket number, you will be able to watch from unreserved seats.

*We cannot accept gifts or fan letters.

*All prices include tax.

*Payment methods are cash and cashless (QR code only is not accepted).

On the day, merchandise sales will be open from around 12:00 to around 19:00.

In order to reduce congestion at the merchandise booths on the day, if you have time, we ask that you please help us by purchasing merchandise during the event in a section other than your own.

In addition, there will be a limited number of items available for sale, but we plan to sell merchandise after the event at a dedicated e-commerce store, and we will provide more information about this at the venue.
