-If you have applied for renewal after the deadline, your subscription will be delivered with the next shipment.
- Members on monthly plans, new members on annual plans, and members who switched to annual plans after December 1, 2025 are not eligible for shipping.
・Please note that due to the specifications and nature of the bonuses, we may not be able to resend or reissue defective items depending on the circumstances.
・If your bonus item has not arrived, please contact us and we will only resend it if it is returned to us.
