To all attendees of "Pococha presents HBC Idol Festival 2026 Super Cute Idols Winter!", we would like to inform you of the precautions and prohibited items for the live performance.
If you have a ticket, please be sure to read the information below before attending. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

[Notes regarding the performance]
・Baggage inspections will be conducted to ensure safety during the Snow Festival.
・Please refrain from bringing drinks into the venue.
- Please follow the instructions of staff at the venue.
・During the performance of Phantom Siita, video recording with smartphones will be permitted only for the last song. Members will inform you of the songs for which video recording is permitted during the live performance.
*Please refrain from taking videos with anything other than a smartphone.
- There will be no special events or merchandise sales for Phantom Siita.
[About creating and using support goods]
・You may create original name boards and fans, but please refrain from using artist photos of the members themselves or photos posted on social media.
・Anything exceeding the size limit of W350mm x H450mm (including handles), including decorations, is prohibited from being brought in.
・If you are using multiple fans or message boards that fit within the size restrictions and they are obstructing the view of others, staff may ask you to refrain from using them.
・Currently, there are no regulations regarding bringing in penlights, but please refrain from using ones that emit strong light (such as UO).
・Please use penlights, fans and name boards in a position that will not cause inconvenience to customers behind you.
[Prohibited acts during the performance]
・We prohibit "loud or strange shouting that may disturb other customers," "extreme cheering behavior such as vigorously waving both arms from side to side, swinging your arms around, or arching your upper body," and "excessive jumping." If you engage in behavior that disturbs other customers, you may be asked to leave the venue at the discretion of staff.
*Some of the audience members will be children, women, or people who are attending an idol event for the first time, so we ask that you please be considerate of those around you and enjoy the live performance.
- Holding cheering goods above your head or waving them around is prohibited.
[About attire when attending a live performance]
- Wearing cosplay costumes that imitate Phantom Siita 's past or current costumes, as well as cosplay using rights that our company does not own, is strictly prohibited.
- It is okay to wear clothing that does not amount to cosplay, including bouncy outfits, and that will not cause confusion with other members.
We ask that you please be considerate of those around you so that you and those around you can enjoy the event.
