Regarding the Front ICONIC Area and Front MOMENTS Area:
Tickets for the "Front ICONIC Area" allow you to view the ICONIC STAGE from the front area only during its performance time.
Tickets for the "Front MOMENTS Area" allow you to view the MOMENTS STAGE from the front area only during the performance time.
Please watch from the general viewing area outside of the scheduled performance times.
Regarding the ICONINC seats and MOMENTS seats in the front row of the second floor:
Tickets for "2nd Floor Front Row ICONINC Seats" allow you to view the ICONIC STAGE from the front row (reserved seating) on the 2nd floor only during the ICONIC STAGE performance.
Tickets for "2nd Floor Front MOMENTS Seats" allow you to view the MOMENTS STAGE from the front row (reserved seating) on the 2nd floor only during the performance time.
Please watch from the general viewing area outside of the scheduled performance times.
*Tickets for this performance will be available for advance sale for the front area, general area, and front seats on the second floor.
Please note that tickets for the rear area and general seating area on the second floor may go on sale at a later date depending on the situation.

*For the front row seats on the second floor (reserved seats), please check the seat information at the venue on the day of the event.

[Items to check before purchasing]
・We do not accept cancellations or refunds after registration due to customer reasons other than cancellation of the performance due to natural disasters or bad weather. Thank you for your understanding.
・Due to the automated lottery system, there is a possibility that you may win tickets for all the ticket types you applied for. In that case, the ticket price for all the ticket types you won will be charged, and we will not be able to accept any cancellations or refunds after you have won. When applying for multiple ticket types, please review the details carefully before applying.
・If there are any changes to the performers, ticket prices will not be refunded.
・In addition to the ticket price, a system usage fee of 220 yen and an electronic ticket service usage fee of 99 yen will be charged. Also, if you pay by credit card, a separate 5.5% sales commission will be charged in addition to the ticket price.
・A separate advance sales fee of 770 yen will be charged.
・Each person can only apply for one ticket type at a time and purchase up to four tickets.
・During general sales, convenience store payment will no longer be an option four days before the event date.
Credit card purchases are accepted until 23:59 the day before.
・General sales will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the planned number of items is reached, they will be sold out.
・Only the person who applied will be allowed to enter.
・Measures will be taken to prevent unauthorized entry on the day of the event. If tickets are found to have been obtained fraudulently, appropriate action will be taken.
・We do not accept cancellations or refunds after registration due to customer reasons other than cancellation of the performance due to natural disasters or bad weather. Thank you for your understanding.
[Event Notes]
・A ticket (wristband) is required to enter the special event area.
・Tickets are required to participate in special events held by each artist. (Only ticket holders can participate in special events and merchandise sales.)
・Please note that the start and end times of events may be subject to change.
・Please take care of your luggage and valuables yourself. We will not be held responsible for any theft.
・Please note that we will not be held responsible for any trouble that occurs within the venue, or any injuries or damage caused to other customers.
・Customers who are in a state of heavy intoxication may be refused participation.
