To everyone attending Phantom Siita "Hyakki Yakou" performance at the "EARLY SUMMER FESTA 2026 -Music and Beer-" held at the special outdoor stage in Umikaze Park on Saturday, May​ ​2nd​, we would like to provide information and precautions regarding the performance, as well as details about merchandise sales and the gift box on the day of the event.

＜Information and precautions regarding the performance＞

・The event will proceed even in rainy weather. Tickets will not be refunded unless the performance is cancelled due to unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters (typhoons, lightning, earthquakes, etc.).

In the event of cancellation of a performance, we will announce it on our official website and social media.

・Entry will be in the order of ticket numbers.

・In the event of rain, umbrellas will not be permitted inside the live performance area. Please cooperate by bringing raincoats or windbreakers so as not to inconvenience other customers.

・A separate drink charge of 600 yen will be collected upon entry to the live performance venue.

• Each ticket is valid for one person only. A ticket is required for children aged 3 and older.

・Tickets and identification documents that have been resold, duplicated, counterfeited, or transferred will be invalid and you will be denied entry. We will not be involved in any trouble that may arise.

・Ticket stubs are invalid if detached, and you will not be able to enter the venue. Tickets cannot be reissued. If you have an electronic ticket, you will not be able to enter if the ticket is torn off before entering the venue.

・Please keep your ticket safe until the end of the performance and be careful not to lose it. We may ask you to check your ticket when you re-enter the venue.

・Bringing food and drinks from other establishments into the venue, and intoxicated people will not be allowed to enter.

・Videos and photos of the venue, including the audience, may be made public. Please understand this before attending.

- Any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers, such as using the lift, climbing on fences, pushing into the front row, heckling, etc., is strictly prohibited.

・You may be asked to present an official form of identification (such as a driver's license, passport, or My Number card) to verify your identity upon entry, so please be sure to bring it with you.

- Within the live area, it is strictly prohibited to take photographs, video, or audio of the performing artists using camera-equipped mobile phones (smartphones) or compact digital cameras (professional photography equipment is prohibited).

Please refrain from spreading out leisure sheets or other items to sit on, or placing your belongings on them. If you do not follow the instructions of our staff, we may confiscate your belongings. Thank you for your understanding.

・Please do not litter, leave behind, or illegally dump your own trash at nearby facilities.

・Door opening and performance start times are subject to change.

・Customers who do not follow the rules will be asked to leave. Even if you are denied entry or asked to leave, no refunds will be given for tickets or other expenses.

・The above precautions may be changed without notice.

This event strictly prohibits extremely dangerous activities such as diving and moshing. In addition, the following are prohibited: loud shouting or screaming that may disturb other customers, excessive cheering such as violently waving both arms from side to side, swinging arms around, or bending the upper body backward, and excessive jumping. Anyone who engages in any behavior that disturbs other customers will be asked to leave at the discretion of the staff.

*Please note that some of our audience members will be children, women, and some people who will be experiencing an idol event for the first time, so we ask that you please be considerate of those around you and enjoy the live show.

[About the creation and use of support goods]

- You can create original name boards and fans, but please refrain from using artist photos of the members themselves or photos posted on social media.

・Anything exceeding the size limit of W350mm x H450mm (including handles), including decorations, is prohibited from being brought in.

・If you are using multiple fans or message boards within the specified size and they are obstructing other people's view, staff may ask you to refrain from using them.

Currently, there are no restrictions on bringing in penlights, but please refrain from using those with very strong light output (such as UO).

・Please use penlights, fans and name boards in a position that will not disturb customers behind you.

[About attire when attending a live performance]

 Wearing cosplay costumes that imitate Phantom Siita 's past or current costumes, as well as cosplay that does not involve rights owned by our company, is strictly prohibited.

・It is okay to wear clothes that are not worthy of cosplay, including bouncy outfits, and that will not cause confusion with other members.

*Only customers with live concert tickets can purchase this item.

*Sales are planned to take place before the venue opens and during the opening hours.

*Numbered tickets will not be distributed to those in line to purchase merchandise.

・Please be sure to follow the guidance and instructions of venue staff.

- Staying up all night at the venue or surrounding area, and any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to those around you, are prohibited.

・When lining up for merchandise, staff will call out to you. It is prohibited for customers to queue together.

・We may ask you to show your ticket in advance when forming the waiting line. Thank you for your understanding.

・Each item is available in limited quantities. Please note that some items may sell out.

・We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any products other than defective products. In the unlikely event that a product is defective, we will only be able to exchange it on the day of the event at the venue.

・After purchasing an item, please be sure to check the item type, quantity, and change immediately to ensure they are correct. Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries after you have left the sales floor.

- Trading activities are prohibited inside and around the venue.

・Shopping bags are not provided.

Depending on the situation at the merchandise sales venue on the day, there is a possibility that the scheduled time / location may change, or that sales may be temporarily suspended.

◆Available payment methods◆

Credit card payments are only accepted in one lump sum.

・Due to communication environment issues or other circumstances on the day, it may not be possible to use payment methods other than cash. Please prepare cash as well.

・Charging is not possible at the merchandise store. Please check your balance and charge in advance.

・Credit cards, electronic money and cash cannot be used together.

Regarding the gift box:

Please place any gifts or letters for the artists in the gift box located within the live area.

Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the following items: food and beverages, perishable items (including those requiring refrigeration or freezing), items that may leak, cash or gift certificates, large or heavy items that are difficult to carry, or items that our staff deem unacceptable.
