• Individual talk sessions with members
*A fan event will be held after each mini-live performance.
*The amulet-style cards will be handed out by the representative members of each department.
*For the individual member talk session, you can choose the member you wish to meet.
The mini-live is free to watch, but a priority viewing area will be set up in front of the stage. Only those with a "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket (with serial number)" will be allowed to enter the priority viewing area. For details, please see the [How to Participate in the Event] below.
- After those with "Priority Viewing Area Admission Tickets (with serial numbers)" have entered, if there is still space available in the event area, free admission will be permitted.
[How to participate in the event]
To alleviate congestion when purchasing CDs at this release event, we will be implementing a pre-registration lottery system using the LINE app for "CD purchase tickets." Please see below for details on purchasing CDs.

Customers wishing to participate in the event must apply for a "CD Purchase Ticket" within the above application period. Customers without a "CD Purchase Ticket" may not be able to participate in the event.

On the day of the event, customers with CD purchase tickets will be guided to the special CD sales booth in order of their ticket number.

This event is being held before the CD release, so the eligible products will be available for pre-order only. CDs will not be handed out at this event.
• When purchasing CDs, please line up alone. (Children may line up with you.)
Products purchased on the day of the event are not eligible for other in-store purchase benefits.
• Event-eligible products are not eligible for in-store campaigns or point campaigns. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Reservations are only valid at the event venue on the day of the event.
After confirming your reservation details, we will give you a special voucher corresponding to your purchase. Changes, cancellations, and refusal to accept the product are not permitted after payment is confirmed.
• Refunds, product changes, returns, and changes to delivery methods are not possible after purchase. Defective products will be exchanged for non-defective ones.

[Details on how to make a reservation with advance payment]
① Scan the QR code to open the URL. *The QR code will be displayed at the venue on the day of the event.*
② Click "Register Here" and fill in the required fields.
(If you are already registered, please enter your email address and password to log in.)
③ Select your preferred delivery method.
④ Enter your desired product and quantity, then add it to your cart. Proceed to [Order Confirmation].
*For first-time customers / those requesting delivery, please be sure to add the shipping fee of ¥1,200 to your cart.*
⑤ After confirming the details, press [Place Order].
⑥ A payment number and QR code will be displayed. Please present these at the cashier counter and pay the reservation fee. If you require delivery, please be sure to receive a "Shipping Fee Receipt".
⑦ Payment is now complete. We will now give you the benefits (benefit vouchers, priority area tickets, etc.) corresponding to your reservation.
*If you wish to have your order delivered, you can combine it with your second or subsequent purchases.
(Only reservations made at the Terrace Mall Matsudo venue on the day of the event can be shipped together.)
If you add the shipping fee of ¥1,200 to your cart and complete the checkout process during your first purchase, the shipping fee of ¥1,200 will be displayed as"Sold Out" for subsequent purchases. Please proceed by simply adding only the items you wish to purchase to your cart.

Regarding picking up your items at the store:
*Please note that you can only pick up your order at the store located at the event venue (Banda Records Terracemall Matsudo store). Orders cannot be picked up at other venues or at Tamakodo headquarters.*
• Items will be available for pickup from the evening of the day before the release date. (The reservation period is 4 weeks from the release date.)
・Open your My Page from the email you received, click on "Order History" below, and present your order number to the store staff to receive your product.
Please refrain from having someone other than yourself receive the package. If there are circumstances that require someone else to receive the package, their name and phone number are required.
Regarding receiving products via delivery:
• Products will be shipped to your specified location approximately one week after the release date, but delivery may be delayed by an additional 3-4 days depending on the shipping situation.
・Payment at the counter on the day of the event / We cannot accommodate address changes after the order has been confirmed.
Please note that if you change your delivery address due to moving or other reasons, you will be responsible for the actual shipping costs.
◆ Regarding the number of items purchased per transaction
・To allow as many customers as possible to participate in the special event, we may set a limit on the number of items that can be purchased in a single transaction. Please check the details at the venue on the day of the event.
Customers wishing to make additional purchases should proceed to the back of the purchase line.
[Regarding the distribution of priority viewing area admission tickets and special event participation tickets]
The following tickets will be given to customers on a first-come, first-served basis after they purchase the eligible products.
■Priority viewing area admission ticket
・A "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket" is required to enter the priority viewing area.
- "Priority viewing area admission tickets" will be given on a first-come, first-served basis to customers who reserve and purchase eligible products at the venue on the day of the event. One "Priority viewing area admission ticket (with serial number)" will be given per person per transaction, for either Part 1 or Part 2, according to your preference.
The "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket" will be distributed with randomly assigned numbers. It will not be based on the order of purchase.
Children aged elementary school age and older require a "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket" to enter.
■Participation ticket for the special event
Participation ticket for "Meet and Greet with All Members & Handout of Amulet-Style Cards": One ticket per CD purchased.
"Individual Member Talk Session" Participation Ticket: One ticket per member of your choice for every three CDs purchased.
・The number of tickets distributed is limited regardless of the type of ticket. Please note that even if you have a "CD purchase numbered ticket," distribution will end once all tickets are gone.
• "Priority viewing area admission tickets" and "Special event participation tickets" are only valid for the date, venue, and session indicated.
Please be sure to check the ticket type and quantity with the sales staff on the spot. Changes cannot be made after purchase.
We will not reissue tickets for any reason, regardless of the type of ticket.
Buying, selling, transferring, reproducing, or counterfeiting any type of ticket is strictly prohibited.
[Information regarding viewing the mini-live performance]
• For "Priority Viewing Area Admission Tickets," there are designated assembly times based on the ticket number.
There is no waiting area near the event venue, so please cooperate by arriving at the designated meeting time.
[Important Notes Regarding Entry to the Priority Viewing Area]
・Customers who have been given priority entry are strictly prohibited from reserving seats for customers who will arrive later. If staff determine that your belongings are being used to reserve a seat, we will speak to you.
Please refrain from sitting down in the area by placing chairs or other objects on them.
Depending on the event situation on the day, we may ask customers in the area to sit down to watch the event. Please bring your own mat or blanket in advance.
[Important Notes Regarding Fan Events]
Customers with multiple participation tickets for the special event can participate in the event for each ticket they have, but they will need to rejoin the end of the line each time.
Children of elementary school age and older will need a "Special Event Participation Ticket".
The fan event will end as soon as the line of customers is finished.
During the process, staff may touch your shoulder or arm to guide you.
■Requests to customers throughout the event
- Cheering, shouting, and jumping are prohibited at the venue.
When cheering, please be considerate of neighboring shops and other customers.
・Customers who have finished participating in the event are requested to leave the venue promptly.
Please ensure you take adequate breaks and stay hydrated. If you feel unwell or notice someone who appears unwell, please inform a nearby staff member immediately.
・After the event ends, please check to make sure you haven't left anything behind before leaving.
Bringing alcoholic beverages, food and drinks, firearms, knives, and other dangerous items is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, we reserve the right to confiscate or dispose of any items deemed inappropriate for this event. Thank you for your understanding.
Participation in the event while heavily intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Please note that due to weather conditions, unforeseen problems, or other unavoidable circumstances, the schedule, content, or event may be changed or canceled without prior notice. We will also not be able to offer refunds for any products purchased in such cases.
Unless otherwise permitted, taking photos, recording audio, or video of the event with mobile phones, video cameras, etc., is prohibited. If discovered, the data will be deleted on the spot. If you engage in any behavior that appears to be taking photos or videos, staff will also issue a warning. For the reasons stated above, please be sure to put your smartphone away in your bag at all times during the mini-live performance or meet-and-greet session.
Please be aware that media coverage and filming may take place on the day of the event, and that you may appear in the footage or photographs.
There is no gift box inside the venue. Please also refrain from directly handing gifts or fan letters to the performers or staff.
Please take all your trash with you.
You are welcome to bring in official merchandise, but please be considerate of other customers when using it.
Actions that disrupt the smooth running of the event are prohibited. In some cases, the event may be interrupted or canceled.
・Bringing large luggage such as suitcases into the venue is prohibited. We cannot store your luggage at the event venue.
- Sitting down, reserving seats with personal belongings or picnic blankets, and viewing from ladders, platforms, or elevated areas are prohibited in all areas of the event venue. Staff may remove any unattended belongings. The organizers and venue will not be held responsible for any removed belongings.
Please note that if the number of attendees exceeds the capacity, not all attendees may be able to view the event.
• While admission to the event is free, please refrain from reserving spots before opening hours, as this will inconvenience other tenants and customers. Overnight queuing is also prohibited. Those found to be queuing overnight will not be allowed to participate in the event.
If complaints are received by the police or the venue, the event may be canceled.
Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited at the event venue, except for hydration.
The venue is located inside a commercial facility, and there will be many customers who are not participating in the event. Please be considerate of other customers. Sitting down or engaging in disruptive behavior in front of stores is prohibited.
Please help us keep space open for other customers to pass through.

The organizers, performers, and venue will not be held responsible for any actions that cause inconvenience to other customers, or for any accidents or troubles that occur as a result of not following the instructions of the staff.
• To prevent accidents and disruptions, various restrictions may be put in place at the event. Please be sure to follow the instructions of the staff on the day of the event.
• Customers who do not follow the rules and regulations may be refused participation in the event. In the worst case, the event may be interrupted or canceled.
Defamation of artists, and any remarks or actions that violate moral standards are prohibited.
