Phantom Siita 's title track, "Horror Queen," from their 2nd CD single of the same name, which will be released on Wednesday, June 24th, is now available for digital download. The music video for the song has also been released.

This film is directed by Kotaro Nogami, who also worked on "Otomodachi" and "Zoku Zoku," and features immersive visuals set in a Western-style mansion, where the viewer is relentlessly tormented by ghosts played by Phantom Siita.

This song was written, composed, and arranged by Vocaloid producer Tenioha, who also worked on "Zoku Zoku," one of Phantom Siita 's signature songs. It embodies the current Phantom Siita, who have evolved even further since "Zoku Zoku," and can be considered the culmination of the group's work, presenting them as queens under the concept of "horror."

Following "Otomodachi" and "Zoku Zoku" I directed the music video for "Horror Queen."

This song can be considered a sequel to "Zoku Zoku," so we incorporated self-homages throughout while challenging ourselves to create a new worldview. Unlike the unsettling, Japanese-style atmosphere of the previous work, we aimed for an immersive visual expression set in a Western-style mansion, where the viewer is relentlessly tossed about by four ghosts, in response to the song's rapid-fire development.

Furthermore, while this film is composed entirely of VFX, we made sure to strike a balance to ensure that the charm and presence of the actresses' genuine expressions and gestures are clearly conveyed.

I believe this film allows viewers to feel a connection to previous works while also enjoying a new kind of horror and visual experience.
