*Only customers who purchase a "Phantom ♥ Land" amulet distribution participation ticket at the venue merchandise booth on the day of the event are eligible to participate.

*Participation in the event is limited to those with concert tickets. We will be checking your concert ticket at the advance sales event scheduled to begin at 12:00 PM on the day of the event.

*Participants aged elementary school age and older require an event participation ticket.

*Event tickets are valid only on the day of the event.

*Event tickets will not be reissued if lost, stolen, or damaged, or for any other reason.

*Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited at the venue.

*The organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please manage your valuables yourself. We are unable to store large luggage such as strollers or suitcases.

*We are unable to accept gifts or fan letters during the fan event.

*Transportation and accommodation costs to and from the venue are the responsibility of the participant. This also applies in the event of event cancellation.

*Sitting or gathering around the venue is prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to other customers.

*Staying overnight around the venue is strictly prohibited.

*Customers using wheelchairs or those with special circumstances should consult with a staff member in advance.

*Please refrain from attending the event if you are feeling unwell on the day of the event. Also, if you feel unwell during the event, or if you see someone who is feeling unwell, please inform a nearby staff member.

*During the event, staff may touch your shoulder or arm to guide you.

*The organizers will not be held responsible for any actions that disturb other customers during the event, or for any accidents or troubles that occur due to failure to follow the instructions of the staff.

*Anyone engaging in behavior that disrupts the event will be asked to leave. In the worst-case scenario, the event itself may be canceled.

*Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances, the event may be suddenly canceled or the event content may be changed. In such cases, we will inform you via the artist's official social media accounts, etc.

*The contents of the fan event may be changed or canceled without notice.Refunds will not be given for reasons attributable to the customer. In the event that the fan event is canceled at the discretion of the organizers, we will inform you separately about how we will handle the situation.
