Phantom Siita 's first Japanese tour, "Phantom Siita 1st JAPAN TOUR 2025 'Flame Medusa'," held last year, will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on Wednesday, September 30th.

This release is the second live video work following "1ST WORLD TOUR “Moth to a flame”". It will feature the full performance from the Toyosu PIT show, which was the final show of the tour held on August 24, 2025, from the tour which took place in three cities and four venues across Japan, starting with Kanadevia Hall in Tokyo, followed by Namba Hatch in Osaka, COMTEC PORTBASE in Aichi, and Toyosu PIT in Tokyo.

This album features Phantom Theta's signature songs, including "Suki, Kirai," which garnered attention as their major debut single last year, and "Just Wanna xxxx With You" which is popular both domestically and internationally. In addition to cover songs and solo tracks by each member, the album allows listeners to fully enjoy Phantom Siita 's "retro horror" worldview.

Furthermore, the release includes never-before-seen documentary footage of the tour's behind-the-scenes moments, as well as audio commentary that gives you the feeling of watching the live performance alongside the members. This must-see video work is packed with the charm of Phantom Siita, including glimpses into the members' true personalities, which are different from the powerful performances they show on stage.
