For everyone attending "Akuma no Kiss presents "Akuma Night Duel Buster", we would like to give you some information regarding the performance, merchandise sales and special events on the day.

Please read the following information before visiting.

＜Notes regarding the performance＞

・For this performance only, filming and recording during Phantom Siita performance is permitted. Please be careful not to cause inconvenience to other customers.

・As it is expected to be very crowded, large baggage such as suitcases and backpacks will not be allowed on the floor. Please be sure to use the lockers or cloakroom. Also, please refrain from placing coats or baggage on the floor.

・Please keep a close eye on your luggage and valuables.

-The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue.

Regarding support goods

・Please refrain from creating fans or name boards using artist photos.

・Please refrain from wearing cheering gear, headgear, or clothing that may obstruct the view of other customers.

・Please refrain from causing any inconvenience to other customers in the vicinity with your support goods.

<Request to customers regarding merchandise sales and purchases>

Sales time: 17:30-18:30 (only available during opening hours)

*Numbered tickets will not be distributed to the merchandise purchase line. *The number you receive when entering the venue is not the number for the merchandise purchase line.

・Please be sure to follow the guidance and instructions of venue staff.

- Staying up all night at the venue or surrounding area, and any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to those around you, are prohibited.

・Each item is available in limited quantities. Please note that some items may sell out.

・There are purchase limits on items for sale. Please check the product POP for details.

・We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any products other than defective products. In the unlikely event that a product is defective, we will only be able to exchange it on the day of the event at the venue.

・After purchasing an item, please be sure to check the item type, quantity, and change immediately to ensure they are correct. Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries after you have left the sales floor.

- Trading of goods purchased on the day is prohibited inside and around the venue.

・Shopping bags are not provided.

- Depending on the situation on the day, the scheduled time/location may change or sales may be temporarily suspended.

・The sales counters for CDs, merchandise, and bonus tickets are in separate locations. Please note that you cannot purchase items other than the designated items at the counter.

<Notes about the special event>

Start time: Scheduled to start within 30 minutes after the end of the performance

・Up to one bonus ticket may be purchased per person upon admission. Please note that the number of bonus tickets is limited.

・Payment is by cash only.

-Photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited during the special event.

・Resale or transfer of bonus tickets is prohibited.

・The bonus ticket is only valid on the day of the event. No refunds will be given.

・During photo shoots, partitions will be placed between customers and members, and acrylic panels or vinyl sheets will be placed between them.

*Regardless of the length of the partition, it will not be possible to take a photo of a member and a customer together while crouching.

・Customers are prohibited from touching members. Direct contact between customers and members, such as shaking hands or high-fiving, is prohibited.

・Poses where you can touch members through the partition will be limited to the members' hands and your hands. Poses where you can touch any part of the body other than the hands of both members and customers are not permitted.

- Excessive poses and moving around a lot while taking photos are prohibited.

- Any words or actions that may make other members feel uncomfortable will be warned by staff as soon as they become aware of them.

・In addition, if the filming staff deems your conduct inappropriate, we may stop filming.

・Members cannot touch or hold items brought by customers (such as name boards, fans, etc.) when taking Instax photos. Members can only be in the photo if the items are being held by the customer.

・We will not be able to take Instax photos if any part of your body or any objects you bring with you passes through the partition placed between the members and you.

・Please disinfect your hands when participating in the special event.

*During the event, staff may touch your shoulders, arms, etc. to guide you.

*The organizers will not be held responsible for any behavior that causes inconvenience to other customers during the event, or any accidents or troubles that occur as a result of not following the instructions of event staff.

*If you are found to be disruptive to the event, you will be asked to leave. In the worst case scenario, the event may be cancelled.

*Please note that due to various circumstances, the event may be canceled or the event content may change at short notice. In such cases, we will inform you on the artist's official SNS etc.

Please note that even if the event is canceled, refunds will not be available.

*Please refrain from contacting the event venue.

*Please note that various restrictions may be imposed on the event to prevent accidents and confusion on the day.

*Please note that if you do not follow the above rules, you may not be able to participate in the event.

<Regarding the gift box>

There will be no gift box at this performance.

Please note that even if you hand it over to a member of staff, they will not be able to accept it.
