1) In the "Have you moved?" text box on the non-delivery reception form, please state that your address registration is complete and select the "Go to confirmation screen" button at the bottom of the non-delivery reception form.

・If you are not receiving your package even though your address is correct, please check that you have entered the building name and room number correctly.
・If the name on your home nameplate is different from the addressee's name, the package will be returned due to "unknown address." If this applies to you, please register "●● (name on nameplate)" at the end of your address.
