Can children who don't have smartphones register?

There is no age restriction, but minors must consult with their guardians.

Please note the following when registering.

●Registration procedures

This does not mean that the operation must be performed from the registered user's own device.

If your child does not have a smartphone, they can complete the membership application process using a family member's smartphone or computer.

<<Caution>>
When registering, please register under the name of the user (child), not the device owner.

If you are using a smartphone other than your own (such as a family member or friend's), be sure to [log out] and [clear the browser cache] before operating the device.

*Clearing your cache may delete your saved ID and password from your browser.

*When logging in again, you will need to enter your ID and password.

*Please be sure to manage your ID and password login information carefully so that you do not forget it.

●Payment of membership fees

Payment can also be made on your behalf by a parent, family member, or other person.

If you pay by credit card, you can use the service even if the "name on registration" and the "name on the credit card" are different.

*Please be sure to consult with each other before registering.

●About the device used (smartphone/PC)

There are no device restrictions.

You can access member content by logging in with your registered information (ID/password).

However, there may be additional restrictions when using the app, member ticket advance sales, or electronic tickets.

Please be sure to read the notes when applying.

If you don't have your own email address

Please consider obtaining a free email address (Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, etc.).

You can also register with a family member's email address as long as it has not been used to register as a member (obtain a Plus member ID).

<<Caution>>
If you use an email address that is already registered to a Plus member ID (formerly known as EMTG ID), the information of the registered person (name and date of birth) will be reflected.

A confirmation screen will be displayed at the end of the membership process (before payment), so please make sure that the name on the screen is that of the person wishing to join.

*Once you join, you cannot change the name to someone else.

If you don't have your own phone number

If your child does not have a mobile phone, please register their home landline number.

If you do not have a landline phone, please register your family member's mobile phone number.

<<Caution>>
You may be required to register your mobile phone number when using certain content such as apps or for performances that offer electronic tickets.

Information will vary for each performance, so please be sure to check the notes when applying for tickets.

●Registered information

Any information that you can change yourself can be done from your My Page even after completing your membership registration.

We cannot accept any name (registered name) changes that result in the person becoming a different person, even between family members.

Membership information is not linked to a device (smartphone or PC).

If your child purchases their own smartphone, they can continue to use the service as usual by logging in on the new device.
