This is an announcement regarding merchandise sales and sales of the 2nd CD single "Horror Queen" on the day of Phantom Siita Zepp TOUR 2026 "Phantom ❤︎ Land Returns ❤︎".

Please be sure to check the following beforehand if you plan to attend.

* Regarding the fan event, Mona's solo fan event (amulet distribution), which was postponed from July​ ​25th​ ​(Saturday), is scheduled to be held after the show.
(For important information regarding the fan event, please refer to the "Phantom❤︎Land" performance guide.)
This special event is only open to those who have both a ticket for the Returns❤︎ performance and a special event ticket (Mona) from the previous Osaka performance.

For customers who possess a special ticket but are unable to attend the live performance on the day, we will mail you a good luck charm and a message from Mona at a later date.

We will inform you of the details at a later date, so please keep your special offer voucher and wait.

(Please note that no new bonus tickets will be sold on the day of the live performance. Also, there are no plans for any bonus events with the other members.)

13:30- Ends sequentially after the performance concludes.​

*Please note that the sales time may change depending on the situation at the venue on the day.

*Sales will be temporarily suspended from 30 minutes before opening time until opening time for venue preparation.

[Request for Heatstroke Prevention Measures]
Rising temperatures are expected on the day of the event, and some waiting areas may be exposed to direct sunlight.

We ask all visitors planning to attend to take precautions against heatstroke, such as frequently replenishing fluids and electrolytes, and using hats or parasols.

Also, when you join the waiting line, please pay close attention to your physical condition. If you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself and let a nearby staff member know.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation so that everyone can enjoy themselves safely.

*Credit card payments are accepted only as a single lump sum payment.

*Charging is not available at the sales counter on the day of the event.

* You cannot use different payment methods in combination.

*Depending on the venue and the signal strength of your device, cashless payment may be temporarily unavailable. In such cases, we may ask you to change to cash payment, so please be aware of this in advance.

[Important Notes Regarding Merchandise Purchases on the Day of the Event]

From 13:30​ ​to​ ​16:30​, only customers with numbered tickets will be able to purchase items. (Please check this article for information on app-based numbered tickets.)

Anyone can purchase from 16:30​ ​onwards.

• Crowds are expected on the day of the event, so please be sure to follow the guidance and instructions of the venue staff.
- Staying overnight at or around the venue, waiting around the venue from early in the morning, and any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to others are strictly prohibited.

- When forming a queue for merchandise sales, venue staff will guide you. Forming queues amongst yourselves is strictly prohibited.

Please be sure to check the items, sizes, quantities, and change you received at the time of purchase. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect change or for reasons attributable to the customer after you have left the sales area. Thank you for your understanding.
・Defective products will be replaced. Please bring all purchased items to the counter on the same day of purchase. We will not be able to respond to requests made on a later date, so please understand in advance.
• The number of items available for sale on the day is limited. We apologize if items are sold out.

We strictly prohibit purchases made for resale purposes.

・We do not provide free take-out bags.
- Re-queuing within the sales area is prohibited.
