About changing models
If I change my smartphone model, do I need to do anything? (If I use carrier billing/change mobile phone company)

Your payment information will not be carried over, so your membership will be automatically removed from the site at the end of the month in which the change was made.
*The monthly service will not be canceled when changing contracts between SoftBank ⇔ Y!mobile ⇔ LINEMO.
If you log in with the same Plus member ID (or email address) at the beginning of the following month,
You will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to pay your monthly membership fee, so please pay using your preferred method.

If 30 days have passed since the cancellation completion date and time, or if you have completed the procedure using a different email address,
Please note that you will not be able to carry over your membership status and will have to join as a new member.

Changing your smartphone model will not affect your registration.
Your registration will remain valid until your membership expiration date, so there is no need for you to take any further action.
