[Monthly course] I am still being billed even after I have cancelled my membership (credit card payment).
The following possibilities are considered:
Timing of withdrawal
If you paid by credit card, you will be charged up to the month in which you canceled your membership.
Depending on your contract details and closing date, you will be billed the month after or the month after you cancel your membership.
On your statement, be sure to check the [Month of Use] item.
Example: If you cancel on January 29th
⇒The final invoice will be for the usage in January (usage date is January 31st). Invoices will be sent in February or March.
*Please contact your credit card company for information on the actual timing of your billing.
The cancellation procedure has not been completed
Once the procedure is complete, you will receive an email notifying you that your cancellation has been completed.

Example: Carrier address, icloud.com, gmail.com, yahoo.co.jp, yahoo.ne.jp
