Please check if your registration is complete via in-app payment (App Store payment/Google Play payment).
Please check using the method below. If "Heine Monthly Membership" is not displayed, your registration has not been completed.
Please register again.
■How to check your in-app purchase registration status
<For iOS>
1. Open Settings > Apps.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap "Subscriptions."
<For Android>
1. Open the Google Play app.
2. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Tap Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
If you have checked the above and "Heine Monthly Membership" is displayed, please try "Restore" from the registration screen within the app.

<For iOS>
1. Open the app and click on Heine-exclusive content (such as DIARY)
2. Click "If you agree to the above and would like to use the app without registering, click here."
3. Click "Restore" at the bottom of the page

1. Open the app and click on Heine-exclusive content (such as DIARY)
2. Enter your Plus member ID and password to log in. (If you do not have a Plus member ID, click "Register Plus member ID (free)" to register.)
3. Click "Restore" at the bottom of the page
