How do I cancel in-app purchases (App Store payment/Google Play payment)?

Please cancel your subscription at least two days before the renewal date on the App Store/Google Play.

Please allow sufficient time for the store to process your order.

After cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the expiration date.

After the expiration date, your membership will be cancelled.


<Caution>

Please note that deleting the app or logging out will not cancel your subscription.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel.

Please note that we cannot accommodate cancellation requests after automatic renewal.

<For iOS>

1. Open Settings > Apps.

2. Tap your name.

3. Tap "Subscriptions."

4. Tap "Heine Monthly Membership"

5. Tap "Cancel Subscription."

1. Open the Google Play app.

2. Tap on your profile icon in the top right corner.

3. Tap Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.

4. Select "Heine Monthly Membership"

5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

6. Follow the on-screen instructions.
