●About cancellation procedures
First, you will need to log in to our site.
After that, please complete the procedure by clicking "Cancel Membership" at the bottom of the top page.
*You can also cancel your membership through the "Cancellation Procedures" section on MY PAGE.
Once you have completed the procedure, your membership will be cancelled immediately, and the "payment screen" will be displayed when you attempt to log in to the site.
●About Plus member ID (formerly EMTG ID)
The "Plus member ID" you have obtained will not be cancelled even if you cancel your fan club membership.
Since it is obtained free of charge, there is no charge, but if you no longer need it, please delete it.

If you cancel the recurring charge through the carrier website (docomo/au/SoftBank)
Since this is a different transition from the normal cancellation procedure, it will take some time for the change to be reflected on the service.
Example: If you cancel your recurring billing plan with your carrier during July
⇒ Your cancellation will be reflected around the beginning to middle of the following month (August).
The July usage will be the final bill.
Until your withdrawal status is reflected, the system will consider you an active member.
You may be able to log in, and member e-mail newsletters and birthday e-mails may be sent to you.
Since the recurring charges have already been cancelled by your carrier, you cannot cancel your membership from the site.
Once your cancellation status is reflected, you will not be able to log in (membership fee payment screen).
